This notice describes the current public website and inquiry process. A customer engagement may require a separate agreement describing the specific systems and information involved.

Information you choose to send
The fit form currently prepares an email in your own email application. RemainFrame does not receive the information unless you choose to send that email. Information you send is used to review and respond to your inquiry and to discuss a possible engagement.
No confidential material through this website
Do not submit passwords, access keys, customer records, medical information, payment card data, legal case details, or other confidential or regulated information through the public website or initial inquiry email.
Limited inquiry attribution
When you choose to prepare an inquiry, the generated email may include the page where you started, the referring website's hostname, the call-to-action you used, and standard UTM campaign labels. This limited context helps RemainFrame understand which pages and campaigns produce genuine inquiries. It is held temporarily in your browser session, added to the prepared email, and then cleared before your mail application opens. RemainFrame receives it only if you review and send the email.
Website hosting and technical logs
The hosting provider may process basic connection, security, and error information needed to deliver and protect the website. RemainFrame does not currently use third-party behavioral analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Website fonts
This site currently loads Geist typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, the visitor's browser may send basic connection information, including an IP address and browser details, to Google in order to deliver those font files. RemainFrame does not use that request for advertising or behavioral tracking.
Email and service providers
If you email RemainFrame, your message is processed by the email providers used by you and RemainFrame. Information is not sold through the website. It may be retained as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
Your request
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent through an inquiry, email pilot@remainframe.com. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
Changes
This notice will be updated before the site begins using a database-backed form, analytics, advertising technology, or a materially different inquiry process.
